For online applications please complete the form below. For the first time this year we are accepting payments via PayPal. A PayPal account is not required and you can also donate using a credit or debit card once you are redirected to PayPal’s website by clicking the appropriate button at the bottom of the page.


  • The entry fee is £10 per adult and £5 per child up to and including 16 year olds.
  • * Note: Children 12-16 will be allocated an adult Santa suit

If you are a UK Income Tax payer please tick the box below, as Rotary can claim 25 pence on every qualifying £1 donated through the HMRC Gift Aid scheme.
Council Tax & VAT do not qualify and tax reclaimed must not exceed the amount paid in the year.

I understand that the organisers cannot be held responsible for any injury or illness incurred during or as a result of my participation in The Great Lutterworth Santa Fun Run 2017, or for any property lost, stolen, or damaged. I also accept that photographs may be taken during the event and subsequently used for publicity purposes. I agree to abide by the Highway Code and the Event Rules as displayed at the start venue.
